we had an excellent time staying in the pinnacle tower with a mesmerizing view of the ocean! the room was impeccably clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm pools, especially the lazy river, which the kids adored. checking in was a breeze, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. a special shoutout to our server, betty ann, who went out of her way to accommodate our dietary needs 😊. easy beach access made it a fantastic experience for us!
the elevators were a bit slow at times.

Some parts shine, others fall flat
The pools were plentiful and kept the vibe relaxed, offering a nice escape for families. The oceanfront view from my room was breathtaking!
Staff service was notably rude, and our initial room was a letdown with outdated furniture, leading to a disappointing start to the stay.

The pools were so numerous, it felt like a water theme park had exploded into my backyard! Every corner I turned revealed another exciting spot for the kids to swim, and the lazy river was a relaxing treat after a day at the beach. The staff were friendly and efficient, which made the whole experience feel like a well-oiled family vacation machine, not to mention the breathtaking oceanfront views from our room.

7/10
Ope, the oceanfront view was something else, right? The lazy river was such a hit with the kids, kept 'em happy all day. We had a cozy room with a nice ol' kitchenette, but the mattress felt like a pancake—hard to get comfy at night. Just gotta work on them elevators for sure next time.

Quick access to the beach felt like having my own private getaway, especially with fine ocean views from my balcony.
Unfortunately, the Indigo Building needs some serious TLC. The air conditioning struggled to keep up, black mold crept in around the fixtures, and I stumbled upon a roach in the bathroom. The furniture could use an upgrade too, feeling more like a box spring than a mattress. It certainly wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.

A quick and honest take
Enjoyed the spacious Pinnacle Oceanfront One Bedroom King Suite with a lovely ocean view and modern kitchen. Features like the defrost bathroom mirror and two big-screen TVs were impressive. the oceanfront experience wasn't as described, with some amenities needing attention. Great location but could use some upgrades for a more comfortable stay.

Good Family Getaway 🌊
We had a wonderful time at Compass Cove! The outdoor pool area with the lazy river was a highlight for the kids, and it felt great to have beach access right at our doorstep! Kudos to our server Taylor at the Crow's Nest—he made our dining experience so much fun with his humor and attention ❤️. The room was updated and spotless, which pleasantly surprised us!
The waiting time during check-in was a bit longer than expected.
